A highly motivated organized agricultural
engineer is sought by the Ontario Ministry at Agriculture and Food to ensure
that environmentally related issues, on a regional basis, are dealt with in a
professional engineering manner On a provincial basis, you will ensure the
provision of complete, accurate up-to-date professional engineering information
in a specialty area. Location: Woodstock, Ontario.
Qualifications: knowledge of agricultural engineering theories,
principles and practices; good knowledge of Ontario agriculture, economics,
biological and environmental systems, and computer software packages; highly developed
communication and presentation skills; thorough knowledge of research
methodologies, with ability to evaluate/prepare scientific and technical
reports; good analytical skills to identity, evaluate and resolve issues;
excellent planning and project management skills; membership in the Professional
Engineers of Ontario; valid driver's licence. Less qualified applicants may be
considered at a lower salary.
Salary range: $62,885 - $73,502
